Timeline:

• Please do not arrive before 6:30
• 7:15 AM – Mariners warm-ups

• 7:45 AM – Visiting Team warm-up

• 8 AM - officials meeting
• 8:10 AM - Timers/Scribes meeting
• 8:20 AM – Volunteers to posts
• 8:25 AM - play national anthem and announce first events
• 8:30 AM - start first event

Concessions: We will have breakfast tacos, burgers, pizza, and drinks for sale at concessions. Cash or card are accepted ($5 minimum for card)

Parking – Visiting team will have 3 parking spots to allocate in our parking lot. Please see the map at the end of the email. NO PARKING signs will be placed on one side of the streets. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET. There are plenty of side roads and additional parking at the Children's Courtyard at Louetta and Colony Creek Dr. It's not too far, and you're still able to drop off children and equipment. The map also shows you where all of the family set up is as well.

Playground: Playground is not to be used during the meet. Please remind your children to stay off of the slides, swings, etc.

Spectating - Although the pool deck will be busy and packed, there will be room for you to watch your child swim. Viewing areas will be marked, and one area is in front of the clubhouse across from computers. The only thing we ask is that you only stand there to watch your child and leave as soon as you're able. It has to be a fluid movement as events quickly move through the meet.
