Good afternoon!

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for this weekend’s meet! We are still in need of one 7/8 Girls and one 9/10 Boys tent parent. If you’re not sure what a tent parent does, they stay under the tent with their age group swimmers and make sure that they all get to the ready bench for their events. We are also in need of 3 more scribes for the meet to run successfully. Scribes are responsible for writing down the times from the timers. Please make sure to sign up for a shift if you haven’t already.

The following shifts have early arrival times, and it is very important to arrive on time.

• Meet Setup - 6:30am
• Tent parents - 6:45am - will need to get clipboards with swimmer’s events
• Event writer - 6:45am - will need to get clipboards with swimmer’s events

**All volunteers will need to check in with me upon arrival to get credit for their shift. As a reminder, each family needs to volunteer for 6 shifts plus Divisonals for the season. Please let me know if you have any questions.
