Good morning Bolts Parents!

Volunteer shifts for the Divisionals meet this Saturday will open tonight (Tuesday) at 5:00pm. There are THREE shifts during this meet, so there are plenty of shifts that are available. I know that many people prefer early shifts, but we also have numerous third shift volunteers that are necessary for this meet to run successfully.

FIRST SHIFT - Events 1-30

SECOND SHIFT – Events 31-56

THIRD SHIFT – Events 57-86

The following shifts have early arrival times, and it is very important to arrive on time:

• Saturday Morning Meet Setup - 6:30am
• Tent parents - 6:45am - will need to get clipboards with swimmer’s events
• Event writer - 6:45am - will need to get clipboards with swimmer’s events

There are also a few shifts that are new or different this meet:

• Ribbons: There are 3 ribbons shifts available - 2^nd shift, 3^rd shift, & after meet
• Safety Marshalls: One volunteer will be required for Shift 1 & Shift 3.
• Friday Night Meet Set-up: Five volunteers will be needed to help with set-up Friday evening at the Tomball Natatorium

**All volunteers will need to check in with me upon arrival to get credit for their shift. As a reminder, each family attending Divisionals is required to work at least one shift. If there are no shifts available and you are still needing a shift, please respond to this email letting me know so we can find a position for you.
