Happy Mother's Day to all the Bolts' Mamas! 

Great job Bolts on swimming lightning fast against the Shenandoah Sharks! Some meet highlights include improved times in 68% of the Bolts' races, 6 new team/pool records, and numerous qualifiers for Sprint Sizzler, Trinity, and Ponderosa Invitationals! 

Invitational Meets are optional meets, held mid and end-of-season that are open to swimmers reaching qualifying times to participate. Qualifying times vary depending on the invitational, and there are no time standards for 13 & up for Sprint Sizzler (they automatically qualify). These meets offer a fantastic opportunity for our swimmers to compete at a higher level. Bolts will be participating at Sprint Sizzler (June 2-3) and Trinity and Ponderosa (June 22-23). Here are some reminders and announcements for this week: 

Sunday - Declare your swimmers for the meet and volunteer shifts are now open. You must be signed into the website to do this. 

Monday- Please make sure you have notifications turned on for SportsYou. If we have to delay or cancel practice due to weather, we will post in SportsYou. 

Tuesday - No practice on Tuesdays. Last Day to declare your swimmer(s) for this week's meet. 

Thursday - Keep an eye out for an email with this week’s Meet Details. 

Friday - Fun Friday before our first Away Meet!
