Registration for End of Season Invitationals is now open! 

The two invitationals your swimmer can qualify for are Trinity and Ponderosa. These meets are optional and qualification times must be met for you to swim at these meets. The last chance to earn times for these meets is Saturday, June 15, at our Divisionals meet.

We will need to have all swimmers declare if they would like to attend by that Saturday evening, June 15th. I have opened registration and you can choose which events your swimmer would like to swim. You will see when you go to register that some events may be greyed out, those event don’t have the qualifying time achieved yet and cannot be selected. Trinity does have a 3 events bonus rule (If the swimmer has achieved a Trinity time (gold or silver) in at least three events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) as long as they have not reached the Ponderosa time). You can also select if you are available for relays. All relays will be chosen by coaches based on who can attend this meet.

Swimmers can attend BOTH events. If doing so, please indicate so in the comments for relay planning purposes.

Below is some information about the meet. I have attached the meet information files, time standards, and a list of the current qualified swimmers.

Trinity Invitational

When: Saturday June 22nd & Sunday June 23rd, 2024

10 & under events on Saturday in one 8 lane pool.

11 & up events on Sunday with a boys 8 lane pool and girls 8 lane pool running simultaneously

8:00am start time each day to allow for an earlier finish. (NO EVENING FINALS!)

Location: Conroe ISD Natatorium 19133 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77385

Indoor Pool. Outside Set-up. Timers & Scribes can sit on pool deck in bleachers with their children!

Fees: $8 per individual event. $14 per relay ($3.50 per swimmer). Relays will be paid by the swimmers (not covered by the team). If a relay is scratched due to a swimmer being unable to attend, that swimmer is responsible for payment of the ENTIRE relay fee.

Ponderosa Invitational

When: Saturday June 22nd & Sunday June 23rd, 2024

Prelims start at 9:00 AM each day. Finals will begin at 5:30 PM on each day. (Swimmers must scratch at scratch table if not attending Finals)

Saturday events – Free; Back; Long Free; Progressive Free Relay; and Free Relays

Sunday events – Fly; Breast; IM; Progressive Medley; and Medley Relays

**If you cannot attend one day, you can still register to attend the other day. Please note your availability in the comments when declaring your swimmer(s)**

Location: Cy Fair ISD Natatorium 12550 B Windfern Road, Houston, TX 77064

Indoor Pool. Outside Set-up.

Fees: $10 per individual event. $15 per relay ($3 per swimmer for progressive relay; $3.75 per swimmer for other relays). Relays will be paid by the swimmers (not covered by the team). If a relay is scratched due to a swimmer being unable to attend, that swimmer is responsible for payment of the ENTIRE relay fee.
