After the 10 & Unders have circled in, they can go to their tent parent(s) to have their events they are swimming written on their arm.

    Volunteers

Volunteers please check-in with Kari Crenshaw as soon as you arrive to get your name tag and get credit for your shift. She will be in a pink Board shirt, so she is easy to find! Please let Kari know if you have any questions or issues signing up for a shift. Also, if you are not able to make it to the meet last minute and you have signed up for a shift, please text Kari as soon as possible so we can get your shift covered. We need every shift to make the meet run smoothly. Kari Crenshaw 832-279-5432

    During the Meet

    • Events - Heat Sheets and Session Report are attached.
    • Timing - We will be using the Time Drops system. Download the Time Drop Live! app from the App Store or Google Play. They will announce at the meet what the code is.
    • Relays - The events are the same as a dual meet, except that mixed (2 boys, 2 girls) free relays are added. In our division, swimmers will still be limited to 2 relays, so even though there are 3 relays per age group, your swimmer can swim at most 2. Also note that in dual meets, we typically have A & B relays and sometimes C, but at Divisionals, we will only have A because of the number of teams and the number of available lanes (and because NWAL rules say so).
    • Concessions - Cash or Card

Concessions Stand will have premade items, snacks, chips, candy and drinks. The following hot items will also be available:

BREAKFAST - Donuts - Chick Fil A Chicken Sandwiches - Hot Coffee

LUNCH - Hot Dogs - Hamburgers & Cheeseburgers - Nachos - Cheese Quesadillas

Tikiz will also be there serving Snow Cones.

    End of Meet

    • End Time - Estimated end time is 3:46pm.
    • Equipment Tear Down – We are ALL hot and tired and ready to leave at the end of the meet. Tent parents please help tear down your tent before you leave. We will have volunteers to help haul them away, but we need help collapsing the tents and folding the tarps. Your help is truly appreciated.
    • Clean Up - Each Team will be responsible for the site clean-up of their own team’s set-up area. As you pack up your gear, please look around your area and pick up all the trash. If you see someone dropping trash, please remind them to pick it up.

Let's have a great meet! Go Bolts! Shock the Blocks!
