Part of what makes our team so great is our Junior Coaches! If your swimmer(s) are interested in being a Junior Coach this season, please have them fill out the below application by April 7. Junior Coaching is a great way to give back to the team, earn community service hours, and have fun doing it! Junior Coaches are Lightning Bolt swimmers who help run practices and teach our younger Lightning Bolts. Each year our Junior Coaches has a huge impact on our team and are role models for our younger swimmers. Requirements for Junior Coaches are:

• Applicant must have competitive swimming experience and know all strokes.
• Most Jr coaches will be in water, but some will be out of water. Be prepared for both.
• Swimmer must be mature and understand the importance of the job at hand. (Ages 12 & Up Please)
• Must be willing to keep eyes on swimmers AT ALL TIMES while volunteering.
• Must be able to attend at least 2 practices a week or all 4!
• Must attend a Jr coaches meeting prior to in water practice.
