Registration for the Sprint Sizzler Invitational is now open! Invitationals are in addition to our dual meets, and are optional to attend. Invitationals are open to swimmers that reach certain qualifying times. There is a fee per event to swim and those are listed below. Swimmers can choose to swim one or both days.

Sprint Sizzler is the mid season invitational and there are end of season invitationals as well. This email is specifically for Sprint Sizzler. For our swimmers 13 & over they all can swim and don’t have qualifying times required. Our 12 & under swimmers must meet the qualifying times to enter in the meet. After our first dual meet, we have 75 swimmers already qualified to attend and we still have 2 more dual meets for additional swimmers to qualify!

***We will need to have all swimmers declare if they would like to attend by Saturday evening, May 24th. I have opened registration and you can choose which events your swimmer would like to swim.***

Below is some information about the meet and I have attached the meet information file which includes time standards. Also attached is a list of swimmers who have qualified so far. If swimmers qualify at the dual meet this Saturday or next Saturday, they will be able to register on until the evening of May 24th.

Sprint Sizzler Invitational Swim Meet

June 1-2, 2025

This will be a 2-day meet format

Location: Cy Fair ISD Natatorium (12550 B Windfern Road, Houston, TX 77064) Indoor air-conditioned viewing area only will be available.

Sunday, June 1st– Warm-ups will start at 10:00a.m. and the meet will start at 12:00p.m.

Monday, June 2nd - Warm-ups start at 3:00p.m. and the meet will start at 5:00p.m.

Athletes of all ages can swim up to 2 relays and 3 individual events each day.

Qualifying Times: All swimmers ages 13 & over qualify, there are no qualifying times. Ages 12 & under must have achieved minimum qualifying times in the order of events. Relay participants must already be in the meet. Time trial (TT) times will be allowed. No Times (NT) will not be allowed. Bonus events: age 12 & under Swimmers that qualify for at least 2 events will be allowed to swim all additional events provided they have a legal time swum at a TT or a sanctioned NWAL meet. NT’s will not be accepted.

***Exception: 10 & under swimmers must meet minimum time standards in 50 free and 100 IM to participate in these events. 11-12 swimmers must meet minimum time

Fees: $9.00 per individual event and $15.00 for each relay event ($3.75 per swimmer)
