⚡️ Join the Londonderry Lightning Bolts Volunteer Team! ⚡️ 

We are gearin’ up for an incredible 2026 season, but we can't make the magic happen without our amazing parent volunteers!
To ensure our meets run smoothly and our swimmers have the best experience, we are looking for energetic parents to fill the following key roles: 

📋 Open Coordinator & Lead Positions 

• Lapathon Coordinator: Lead our "Lightning Laps" fundraiser! You’ll be responsible for soliciting donations from local businesses for our raffle and silent auction, collecting items from team members, and setting up the auction in-person and online.

• Fun Friday Coordinator: Keep the team spirit high! You’ll work with the Social Program Chair to arrange fun activities and lead social events during Friday practices to keep our swimmers pumped throughout the season.

• Tent Parents: We need dedicated helpers to check-in, supervise our younger Bolts in the team area, and help get them to the blocks for their events!
We are looking for: 

• 2 Parents for 6&U Girls 

• 2 Parents for 7/8 Girls 

• 1 Parent for 9/10 Boys 

• Officials: Help us maintain fair play on the deck! Don’t worry—training is provided by NWAL! Officials also get prime parking at home meets, free lunch, and the best view of the pool!

Why Volunteer? Volunteering is the best way to meet other families and dive into the Bolts community. Plus, completing your shifts is how you earn back your volunteer deposit at the end of the season! These lead positions fulfill all your volunteer requirements for the season.
