Thank you to everyone who came out to the Center Court Meet & Greet! It was so wonderful to see so many returning swimmers and to welcome all the new faces to our team. We are gearing up for a fantastic season!

👕 TODAY at NOON: Last Call for Fan T-Shirts!

Today at noon is the absolute deadline to place an order for team t-shirts for Bolts fans. (Remember, all registered swimmers will automatically receive a shirt as part of their registration).

🏃♀️ First Practice: Monday, April 20th (Dry Land!)

Our first practice is this Monday, 4/20! Please note that this will be a dry land practice, meaning the swimmers will not be getting in the water.

⏱️ Adjusted Practice Schedule (First Week ONLY)

We will be running on an adjusted schedule for the first week of practice. Please attend during your age group's designated time:

✅ Registration Fees & Volunteer Deposits

All volunteer deposit checks and registration fees must be paid before your swimmer can attend practice. You can hand your checks to any Board Member at practice on Monday.

🥤 Concessions Restock: We Need Your Help!

In order to help keep costs down for the summer season, each year we ask each family to bring one item to restock concessions. Please sign up to donate via the SignUp Genius link below. Please bring all donations to the pool during practice by Thursday, April 30th. You can give them to any of the board members!

🤝 Sponsorships Due: April 25th

Sponsor forms are due by 4/25. As a reminder, any swimmer who brings in a Sponsor at the Gold level or above will receive a free registration!

👋 New Parent Meeting: April 27th

We will be hosting a New Parent Meeting at the Londonderry Clubhouse on 4/27 at 5:30 PM (during practice). Come get all your questions answered before Time Trials! If you can’t make it, don't worry—we will email the presentation out afterward.

📣 WE NEED OFFICIALS!

We cannot run a meet without our amazing officials! This is arguably the best volunteer gig we have: you get the best seat in the house, premium parking at home meets, and free lunch! Please let a Board Member know if you’re interested or would like more information.

SportsYou

We will be using SportsYou again this year as our primary form of communication to get information out quickly (e.g., weather delays, cancellations, and meet day updates).

If you haven’t joined our Facebook group yet, I highly encourage you to do so! It's a great place to connect and see the pictures we post from our events and meets throughout the season.
