    Declaring Swimmers & Signing Up for Volunteer Shifts

    It's Blue & Gold Week! Time Trials are this Saturday! This is our intrasquad Mock Trial meet where we get beginning times for all swimmers. It is essential that EVERYONE declares their swimmers, regardless of whether you plan to attend. This allows the coaches and the computer lead to finalize the meet roster and heat sheets accurately.

    Important Sign-Up Timing

    While sign-ups usually open Sundays at 5:00 PM, for this week only, they will open at 6:15 PM on Monday following the New Parent Meeting. All declarations are due by 11:59pm each Tuesday. Swimmers must be declared to be entered into events in the meet.

    Part 1: How to Declare Your Swimmer

    1. Login: Go to the Meets section of the website: https://ldlbolts.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
    2. Select the Meet: Find the 2026 Londonderry Time Trials (May 2) and click the green Meet Entry button.
    3. Enter Edit Mode: On the status page, scroll to the bottom and click the olive green Edit button.
    4. Make Your Selection: * Find your swimmer’s name.
      • Click the dropdown menu (it will say "(undeclared)" by default).
      • Select either "Attending this meet" or "Not attending this meet."
    1. Add Notes: If you have specific information for the coaching staff, type it in the "Notes for coach" box.
    2. Save: Click the green Save button at the bottom to finalize your declaration.

    Part 2: How to Sign Up for Volunteer Shifts

    Once you have declared your swimmers, don't forget to fulfill your family's volunteer requirements!

    1. Job Signup: Return to the Meets page and click the green Job Signup button next to the Meet Entry button.
    2. Choose Shifts: Click "Sign up for job shifts" and select the roles and times that work best for your schedule.
    3. Confirm: Follow the prompts to save your selections so they reflect on your family's seasonal total.

    Note: Please ensure all entries and sign-ups are completed by the cutoff time. Be sure to declare “Not Attending” in SwimTopia if you cannot make it – this helps coaches plan with confidence.
