Swimmer Fees

Reminder that all registration fees and volunteer checks must be paid this week. Volunteer checks are required for all families that are not in a permanent volunteer position. Registration fees may be paid via Venmo or Zelle using the QR codes below

Fun Friday

We're bringing the Lightning in the pool, so we have to make the THUNDER. This Friday we will be making a parent favorite, NOISE MAKERS! Reminder to bring your empty plastic water bottle to practice. Please bring any extras you may have to help anyone who may forget. If we are rained out Friday, we will set up the activity during the meet on Saturday. Don't worry, those noise makers are coming home parents! You can always count on Thunder Raines.

Safety Reminders

Thunder Raines is big on safety in and out of the pool. Please help out by remembering these few safety tips:

1. No parents on deck during practice. All parents should remain in the area with tables and chairs. This helps keep the deck area clear for coaches and swimmers to move freely. Coaches will send players to parents if needed.
2. Only swimmers currently in practice should be on deck or in any pool, including the baby pool and steps of the main pool.

Please help the coaches keep a safe environment by kids before, during, and after training.

Team Updates and Events

• Thursday 4/30: Bring all concession donations to training if you have not already done so.
• Friday 5/1: Final day to withdraw from the swim team and receive a refund. If you wish to withdraw, please email [email protected] for further details.
• Saturday 5/2: Last call for spirit wear orders from Stick 'Em Up Baby. You can place your orders online HERE. 10% of all merchandise orders will be donated back to the swim team. Look great in Bolts gear this summer, tell them Thunder Raines sent you! 
• Sunday 5/3: Meet Declaration and Volunteer sign-ups open at 5:00 PM. Shifts go fast, so if you have a preference on shift or job, get those alarms set! All swimmers must declare, whether or not they are attending. Please indicate yes or no by Tuesday 5/5 at 11:59 PM deadline.
