Time trials is finally here! Below are some important reminders and timeline details for Saturday.

Parking and Set Up

Arrival time for time trials tomorrow is 7:45 AM. Due to the rain, there will be NO PARKING on the Circle Drive for the meet tomorrow. Parking along the fence will be one side only. Do not park on the side closest to the playground.

All Age Group Tents will be set up in the Parking Lot due to the rain. Parents are free to set up in the grass, but bring plenty of tarps.

SwimTopia

Event details are now live on the SwimTopia app. You can view your swimmers events. Heat Sheets will also be posted here once they are live. You can keep track of all of your favorite swimmers in the app!

Timeline of Events

7:45 AM: Arrival, Swimmer and Volunteer Check In
8:00 AM: All swimmers must be checked in by this time
8:15 - 8:45 AM: Swimmer Warm Ups (there will be no warm ups this weekend for 6 and under)
8:45 AM: Team Meeting
9:00 AM: Meet Start
1:00 PM: Estimated End

Immediately following the meet, join us for food and drinks at Casa Medina (formerly Papa Lacho's) for Spirit Day! 

What to Bring Checklist

Thunder Raines always wants to be prepared. He is a helpful checklist of a few things you may want:

• Swimsuits
• Swim caps
• Goggles
• Sweatpants and Jackets (I can't believe I typed that but its going to be a bit chilly in the morning)
• Tarps
• Chairs
• Towels
• Sunscreen
• Competitive Spirit!
• Games and activities for kids between swims
• A charged cell phone
• Fun Friday Water Bottles! Don't think Thunder Raines forgot about those noise makers parents! We will be doing our Fun Friday event at Time Trials.
• Maybe ear plugs for those noise makers...

Food and Drink Options

Our amazing chefs are back this year bringing you the best around! A full concession of Donuts, Breakfast Tacos, Burgers, Hot Dogs and more will be served. Be sure to check those out! You will probably find me there from time to time...

We will also have our Coffee Truck and Sno-Cones available to fulfill all of your caffeine needs. I will also be here many times.

Photography

We love seeing our swimmers in action and getting photographs. Just a reminder that at no point should parents being taking photography from behind the starting block positions. This includes relays when racers are on both sides of the pool. Pictures from behind the blocks of swimmers IS NOT ALLOWED.
